Course management

Application for monitoring courses given to members of an association. They are courses oriented to the restoration of antique furniture. The purpose of the program is to create courses, organize a daily/weekly calendar/schedule, see the level of occupation of the classes and perform the management of collection of fees. Next we explain in more detail the management of the program:

    • Creation of courses (Name, Subject, Classroom, Day, Schedule, Teacher, etc.).

    • Course search engine.

    • Registration of members who participate in the courses (filiation data, professional activity, monitoring of fees, etc.).

    • Members seach engine.

    • Application for courses by the members (Member, course to which it is aimed, time chosen, places requested, price of the course, etc.).

    • Weekly courses schedule, with different time table and level of occupation of students for each course.

    • Listings:
      • Students by course.
      • Students in all active courses.
      • Pending payment.
      • Registrations.
      • Stats.

    • Classrooms.

Application made with Access. To use this application it is necessary to have the MS Access program. The application is made in Catalan. It can be translated into another languages and customized. Note: The data inserted in the images are fictitious.
