This is a spreadsheet, intended as a template for Fogasa (Salary Guarantee Fund in Spain), so that lawyers can negotiate collective or individual dismissals.
The sheet is designed to be able to put a lot of workers. It calculates for all of them collectively and individually, the salary and dismissal costs, with different amount of days worked per year. The number of days can be changed, to calculate at the moment the costs that can represent. It presents seven simultaneous assumptions: FOGASA at 100% with a cap, FOGASA at 60% with a cap, FOGASA at 40% with a cap, actual compensation, FOGASA at 40% without a cap, Difference 40% with a cap – 40% without a cap, Company 60% without a cap + previous difference.

These templates are useful for employment lawyers and social graduates. They can be used as a tool for negotiation between the company and the workers.
