Insertion of Macros for printing, in our clients’ spreadsheets

A client asked us to create print macros in their existing workbooks for their convenience. These books, contain about 30 sheets, with economic information of their delegations. In each sheet, several buttons were introduced to print different areas.

The print job requires marking a print area and then performing the print action. These tasks can be very repetitive, and are conducive to making macros that facilitate the task to users, avoiding errors and improving the efficiency of actions.

Usually we add a button that executes the action, associated to a macro, incorporating the name of the printing area. For example, Sales, Accumulated Sales 6 months, % unpaid, Unpaid 6 months, etc. We show some images as an example:

Application made with Excel. To use this application you need to have the MS Excel program. The application is made in the customer’s language. Note: The data inserted in the images are fictitious.
