This application was made for a customer who has various premises, such as Restaurants and Bars. The application allows to control the schedules and the extra hours that make the personnel of the diverse establishments. It is a complementary application to elaborate the payrolls and to keep track of hours worked, overtime, sick leave, absenteeism, bank holidays, etc.
The following explains the application in more detail:
In the program, a file is opened for each location:
showing the list of workers (by location):
and a weekly calendar with timetables and incidents, for each worker in that location. This information is displayed as a management overview:
For workers, the application has an employee finder:
a tab per employee:
and the active counters. These active counters summarize and total the days worked by each worker in the premises he or she has worked. It shows in the form of weekly calendar, dates, times made, and list of incidents, for each local. It then presents for each week, the counters of hours worked, overtime, sick leave, absenteeism, bank holidays made in winter and bank holidays made in summer. In addition, at the bottom of the screen, we show totals that are calculated between the selected dates. That is, if the dates include several weeks, we have weekly totals and at the foot of the screen, totals for the set of weeks that cover the selected dates:

As a complement to the application, auxiliary files (masters) are also available for work schedules, to elaborate a list of activities, incidences, types of incidences and postal codes (zips):
Application made with Access. To use this application it is necessary to have the MS Access program. The application is made in Catalan language, but it can be translated into another languages and customized. Note: The data inserted in the images are fictitious.
