Management Program for an Association of Journalists. The application allows managing the data of associates, publications, entities, agencies, generating the direct debits to the bank for the members’ fees and obtaining listings. Below we explain in more detail the management of the program:

Management of associates:

  • Journalists:
    • Members in join/cancel situation.
    • Aspiring journalists who consult/who did not become partners.
    • Non-member journalists who want to receive information.
    • Non-member journalists eliminated.

  • Business:
    • Members.
    • Non-member or old.
    • Other publishers.

  • Publications:
    • From publishers corresponding to current members/old from members.
    • Others, in edition/publication and have their edition suspended or missing.

  • Journalistic entities:
    • Members.
    • Non-member or old.
    • Other publishers.
  • National Chapters of the Association:
    • Members.
    • Non-member or old.
  • Various:
    • Members.
    • Non-member or old.
  • National and International Organizations:
    • Members.
    • Non-member or old.
  • Generate the direct debit of the membership fee:
    • Tax, banking and fee data paid by the associate.
    • Generate the file that is sent to the bank.

Application made with Access. To use this application it is necessary to have the MS Access program. The application is made in Spanish. It can be translated into another languages and customized. Note: The data inserted in the images are fictitious.

This application is similar to what is now a CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
