The management of clients, apart from the data of filiation and notes, registers the form of payment and banking data, also shows the delivery notes by client and the invoices made to each client.
The management of suppliers, apart from the filiation data and notes, also shows their corresponding delivery notes.
For article management, you enter your own reference, but also that of the supplier, the price of the article, the commission that applies, a description, the quantity for the minimum stock, and the current stock.
The management section involves the preparation of automatic invoices, the issuance of invoices and manual receipts and statistics, to know the outstanding invoices, lists of invoices by customer, commercial commissions, due dates by supplier and invoices by supplier.
Application made with Access. To use this application it is necessary to have the MS Access program. The application is made in Spanish. It can be translated into another languages and customized. Note: The data inserted in the images are fictitious.
