Medical Management Program for a Image Diagnostical Center, specialized in CAT (Computerized axial tomography) and Magnetic Resonance. The application allows managing the following data:
Agenda:
- Schedule of visits (basic data to reserve time: name and surname, entity or mutual, exploration to be done, etc.).
- Schedule by exploration (it’s the same schedule, but analyzing the explorations followed).
- Print morning’s schedule.
- Print afternoon’s schedule.
- Patient search engine in the agenda.
Patient management:
- Data of affiliation to discharge the patient.
- Patiens searcher, when the patient already exists.
- Administrative data (data to invoice the scan).
- Data of the examination carried out (medical data related to the exploration).
- Diagnosis (medical data on the patient’s diagnosis).
- Clinical Report (send the reports to Word, using a personalized template, to deliver to the patient).
Invoice and Accounting Management:
- Invoicing of the explorations made to individuals.
- Invoicing of the explorations made to Entities or Mutuals.
- Accounting (Listings for accounting management and data export to an accounting program).

Application made with Access. To use this application it is necessary to have the MS Access program. The application is made in Catalan language, but it can be translated into another languages and customized. Note: The data inserted in the images are fictitious.
