- Patient Finder.
- Affiliation data per patient.
- Previous visits made to the same patient.
- Clinical data (allergies, toxic habits, history, current illness).
- Intervention (description of the intervention, surgical team (surgeon, 1st assistant, 2nd assistant, instrumentalist, anesthetist)).
- Clinical course (internal report).
- Clinical history (report that is delivered to the patient, printed with a Word template).
- It has complemetent files to create allergies, toxic habits, postal codes and populations, diagnoses, interventions, medical collaborators, entities or mutualities, medical specialties, to customize the template of the clinical histories, etc.
Application made with Access. To use this application it is necessary to have the MS Access program. The application is made in Catalan language, but it can be translated into another languages and customized. Note: The data inserted in the images are fictitious.
